COPPA Notice to Parents

Faithful Tutor will not collect, use, or disclose your child's personal information without your consent.

We collect your child's first name, grade level, and birth date, along with your child's messages to the AI tutor, Writing Desk work, tutor notes, help-assistant conversations, and other tutoring activity, plus any messages exchanged between your child and you through the family messaging feature. If a message touches a topic you've restricted, the message and topic are captured in a safety event record and emailed to the Account Holder.

We use this information to provide tutoring, operate the Parent Dashboard, and generate safety event records as described above.

Faithful Tutor uses one or more third-party AI providers to generate AI responses; the current provider(s) are listed in our Privacy Policy at faithfultutor.com/privacy. No AI provider may use your child's data to train their own models. Faithful Tutor also uses service providers for database hosting, application hosting, payment processing, bot and spam protection, study music streaming, and account and notification emails; each is identified, with what it receives, in the Privacy Policy's vendor table at faithfultutor.com/privacy. These service providers are necessary to operate the Service and do not use your child's information for advertising or to train their own AI models.

Faithful Tutor verifies your card at signup and sends you an email confirming the card was saved, your trial has started, and the date of your first charge, followed by a trial-ending reminder and a receipt when charged. For accounts without a payment card on file, or when adding a child to an existing account, we confirm your consent through a two-step email confirmation instead.

If your child's profile is created but you do not complete consent, we delete the profile and associated information within 30 days.
